I have told anybody that will listen to me to go to your Dealership. I have dealt with other Car Dealers over the years (even a Toyota dealer) and cannot tell you how happy I was. I have also told people of how happy we are with the 2010 Corolla we purchased back in Dec 2009; the vehicle has been without incidence. Especially with the crazy media coverage. Your staff went out of their way to assist us. In these hard economic times, your staff never made us feel less than any other customers, you handle. I ,myself, am a "Mini Van" Mom--I have had Mini Vans since they came out, starting with Plymouth Voyager, then Ford Windstar’s. I see that I may be looking for a new vehicle in the future, since my 2003 Mini Van has 110,000 miles. I know I will not be able to purchase a new vehicle, but was very impressed with your used vehicles. Oliver Oates should be the poster child for "Salesman" for any product. I apologize in advance for not remembering the names of the Finance Manager and Dealership Manager; but they were just so wonderful and accommodating. Being professional, knowing about your product and treating your customers as if they are the most special are very important qualities; and not always exhibited by other Dealerships. About a month ago I purchased a pre-owned 2006 Camry. I'm extremely satisfied with my vehicle & the entire sales process. My salesman was Michael Patellis & he was the best salesman I've encountered during my shopping around. He was very polite & patient as I was shopping with my 10 month old son. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles, easy to talk to (it was like talking to an old friend) & after listening to what I preferred, he showed me the right car which I loved & decided to purchase that very day!
I am extremely happy with my car & the fact that I was able to take it home the same day that I decided to purchase it. After visiting numerous other dealerships including Interstate Toyota & Ramsey Toyota, my entire experiences were dreadful until visiting Rockland Toyota.
To be honest, from the time Michael Patellis greeted me & my husband we sort of had the feeling that we finally made the right choice of visiting your dealership. When I initially started my vehicle shopping Rockland Toyota was my stop & I was totally put off by the "sale hungry" efforts of a woman called "Paola". She was a horrible listener & forceful.
Well, to some it all up - Michael deserves a huge raise or a promotion because he makes me talk about Rockland Toyota to all my friends.
Also, when I signed the final purchase agreement with one of your business managers (don't know his name but his office is just off the parts & service department) he said that I he would throw in tint for my windows for no additional fee. I'm having problems getting this & would really appreciate it if you could arrange this for me. I really need this as I do have a baby & I drive alot.
